Berries & Cherries Trail Mix Yogurt

Yields: 2 people
Ingredients:
6 oz plain organic Greek yogurt
3 tbsp pure pomegranate, acai or sour cherry juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup frozen or rehydrated cherries
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp grated coconut or unsweetened coconut flakes
6-8 whole roasted almonds
Directions:
Combine yogurt and vanilla extract in bowl and mix until blended. Scoop into serving cups and add the yogurt. Layer in the juice, then add cherries and blueberries, top with coconut and almonds and serve.
